[ john really, really, really likes gamzee.

they don’t talk much, but they have this weird pseudo-connection through music. by default, that makes him a friend. he’s also known gamzee to be this really bouncy guy, a bit weird sometimes (seriously he can’t make sense of what he says every now and then ok?) but he’s someone john would like to get to know better! so he’s hoping stuff has calmed down a bit, because wow, clubstuck timeline is crazyinsaneHOLYSHIT time all the time, but something tells him it’s not quite there yet. B(

also this is weird, but john can’t stand it when gamzee is upset?? IT MAKES HIM SO SAD. because it makes me sad. BUT STILL.

john has it drilled in his head that gamzee has to be happy all the time, so sometimes he gets super-huge urges to drop in on him and cheer him up!! which he’s never done but that’s mostly because i fail at paying attention for longer than minute BUT HE WILL DO THIS
